The villa on the sea has beautiful scenery and a calm sea of stairways The fish swim with you next to the Officers' Club and the harbor, where nature is great, next to the famous restaurants and cafes, close to the heart of Alexandria, there's a beachgate and the beach is open all day long because it's the villa, and there's a special passage from the villa to the sea without any fees. The apartment has the most beautiful scenery and the bedding is very excellent.

Property not ready for renters

The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. To be fair, the price was quite low, too. In short, this place has so much potential but needs attention before renting on vrbo.
