"After speaking directly with the owner Ahmad of the flat to confirm the reservation, my family and i went the next morning to Alexandria and met with the property manager Mohamed who was extremely professional and curtious ,made sure our accommodation was handled properly. The follow with the owner after the departure was very comforting to see that we were happy with our stay . I definitely recommend this location and I will be returning to Alex. during Christmas.
