"First time in the area and on Lake Martin. Came in for a high school fishing tournament and the area/home was perfect. There is a ramp in the neighborhood which made it a lot easier. The home was very clean and a perfect size for our family. Check in and communication with the host was spot on. We plan to be back soon!"

"Owner was very accommodating and place was very clean. The yard and dock were great for games, gathering and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the drive is close to Auburn-would be great on game day weekends. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was super clean! We had room for everyone to have a bed! It was a perfect gathering place for our family and a few pets! We had all our meals at the house. Kitchen was well equipped! One suggestion if you plan to cook. Bring your own knifes for preparation of food! If we ever gather as a total family again, we would rent this place again. The host was great to respond! "We had a fantastic weekend at Lake Martin in this charming A-frame cabin. The kitchen was very well equipped. The inside was extremely clean. The outside needed a good blow/ spray off due to pollen season, but we made it work! The kids used the kayaks and jumped off the top dock. We all fished with live minnows and caught several bass, bream, crappie, and catfish. We enjoyed the outdoor TVs while grilling and watching March Madness. "We loved our weekend at this cabin. It is the ideal family vacation spot. The kids loved the water slide, diving board, lily pad, canoes, swimming over to the island, grilling and making s’mores. Very friendly owners and super cute tiny neighbors dog that comes for visits. The loft bedroom was great as well for the kids! Smith fire tower only 5 minutes away for hiking. We hope to come back."

"My husband and I went to this cabin for a weekend getaway and had a great time! The cabin itself was clean and cool, the bed was very comfortable, and the screened porch was FANTASTIC! Don't go expecting the wifi to do amazing things because you are a bit remote, but you won't miss it with the amazing view."

"This is a perfect spot for a lake getaway. We came into town for an Auburn game in the fall and really enjoyed the lot, the hot tub, the swings, ropes, fire pit, and golf cart. There are plenty of kitchen extras (dishes, spices, pans, k-cup brewer etc). Lots of blankets and pillows. Easy access off of SR 280 and about 35 minutes to downtown Auburn. My only criticism is that it could use a deep cleaning. One shower drain didn't drain, trash under the bunk beds and paint could use a fresh coat. I...

"We had a great time at the cabin on Lake Tallapoosa. The cabin was cozy with all the amenities we needed. The house was perfectly setup for dogs. They were able to roam from the fenced yard up the ramp and into the porch area. This was a big deal for us which allowed us to relax while they had more freedom. We saw blue heron, otters, turtles on the river and took a trip to the local dam. The train was unexpected, but it made our days (and nights) interesting. Thanks!"
