The beautiful Villa Sa Marina is located in the north of Mallorca near Alcúdia and impresses guests with its holiday flair. The gorgeous villa is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, a baby bed, a high chair and a playground on site. Furthermore, the house boasts a spacious outdoor area; from a balcony, a green garden with 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue, to an outdoor shower and a private pool, everything is included. Relax and refresh yourself while enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the sea and mountains. A bus stop is only a 4 minute walk (290 m) from the house. The nearest supermarket is 1.9 km away (4 minutes by car). In the center of Alcúdia (2 km away or 5 minutes by car) you will find a larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. A surf school is located 350 m (4 minutes walking) away. The nearest sandy beach, Can Cap de Bou, can be reached in 3 minutes by car or by bus (1,4 km).
