"The sirlion steak was cooked to perfection - best for a long time. The Nicky chalet was lovely, could have done with a paved pathway to get there and not grass, which I brought into the chalet on shoes, and the grass was wet in the morning to walk for breakfast and car park"

"We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!"

"The hotel was clean, friendly and good value, the continental breakfast was plentiful. The staff were great and we got a parking permit which was great. However there was scaffolding around the building and around 9 am on the second day there was hammering and banging almost outside our window. We were not informed that this would be happening. Overall a lovely hotel and very close to everything in the town and I would stay again "

"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. "Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
