"A superb stay!"

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."

"A wonderful hotel about a 4 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and extremely tasty. The staff were beyond helpful and always did everything with a smile. I would 10000% recommend it and would go back without a doubt. There is a boardwalk where you can book excursions from on the beach "

"Great staff throughout the hotel, the food was decent with a good choice. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the room would benefit from a coffee machine. The bike facilites are basic but ok."

"This hotel is located in such a beautiful cove with a lovely sandy beach near by and gorgeous cliffs in the background. The staff are absolutely lovely and I look forward to returning!"

"If you want to have a holiday here at Easter be mindful that they don’t see it as a part of the main holiday season; more maintance season for them. Half way through our stay the bar was closed. We had areas of the pool sectioned off to paint the area. We had no notification. They had decided to renew all the sofa beds so there were numerous mountains of broken furniture everywhere. On our arrival they were asking €10 per day to park your car. A hidden charge that I didn’t appreciate. Given the location of the complex to amenities, this was unfair. Off site parking was then at a premium, and the grounds empty. I must be not the only one who thought the prices were unjust. But the rooms were clean, laundry renewed regularly. The size of accommodation is ideal. "
