"Pros: Neues Haus mit Strandzugang, Betten und Badezimmer waren gut, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Liegen und Stühle für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Nette Vermieter, Guter Service von der Agentur (Saby), es gab viele Tipps, wo man hin gehen konnte zum Essen oder zum Anschauen. Wir waren immer in der Nähe zum Essen direkt am Wasser zu guten Preisen, Zum Beispiel Große Pizza 10 Euro. Würden jederzeit dort wieder Mieten."

"The owner was very kind. Our GPS led us to the wrong location and he literally drove out to us to follow him back. Everything was ready when we arrived and in great working order. The pictures do the unit justice but for clarity, it is a second floor / third floor apartment. "SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't...

"This is a small independent hotel nicely located near the Palermo airport. Their free shuttle service for a 6am flight was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a super comfy mattress. And the dinner of delicious roasted pork and Sicilian wine topped off the stay. Highly recommended."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off the floodlights at night or provide some curtains. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you. We couldn’t get any of the TV apps to work so only had access to Italian TV. Did a fun (but very long) cooking class. The pool area is interesting but not inviting. It’s in a corner in the main area of the courtyard and faces 2 walls so there is no view. Also not very private. There is no lobby bar or any soft seating to relax anywhere. There is also not a set restaurant at the hotel - you have to do a cooking class or a private chef cooking for you (which would be nice but it’s in the cooking class/breakfast room so you have to experience it while a class is going on beside you). It’s a very pretty hotel but not really designed for the best experience for guests."

"Hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful and house keeping did a great job looking after our room. We also struggled with the air conditioning which will be a problem in the height is summer also pool wasn’t open The down side was the location it proved very costly to get taxis. There was a shuttle that was brilliant but left the city at 5.30 pm so if you were out later the taxi was 40+€"

"Very nice place and well maintained, stunning views and pool area with drinks and snacks are beautiful Staff friendly , at check in we find out our reserved room involves climbing lots of stairs even receptionist offered help with luggage i asked for room in main building with elevator and took the smaller room Food at restaurant not good at all and I didn’t like it server was pushing for expensive wine And they keep asking for Tip Even after check out email a link to electronic TIP Very unusual in Italy , you definitely need car to get around and drive is hilly"
