Holiday Home Alcalalí with Pool and Valley View

This 3-bedroom holiday home in Alcalalí, Valencia and can house 6 people comfortably. It's perfect for a family travelling with children or groups of friends. Head to the villages of Alcalali, Parcent, Jalon, and Lliber, which are 1 km, 3 km, 3 km, and 4 km away respectively, to experience Spanish culture. Go to the charming port town of Denia, 20 km away, to see the impressive castle, sandy beaches, and the hippie market. Only 22 km away is the town of Moraira, which has an interesting castle and watchtower. The town center is 1 km away, where you can find general supplies and restaurants. This holiday home with a swimming pool is in a quiet, residential area, and also has an outdoor shower. The house is situated a little higher, which gives you a stunning view of the green Jalon valley, also known as the Vall de Pop. A cot and high chair for children will be provided at local rates, if you need it. The home also has a terrace and garden with outdoor furniture.

Schönes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage. Schöner Pool zum Abkühlen, schöne Aussicht. Das Haus ist komplett, nur sehr wenige Handtücher vorhanden (4 für 2 Personen), daher haben wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner jeden Tag benutzt. Zum Glück waren sie anwesend. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren, was sehr angenehm war, da die Temperatur wunderbar warm war und die Nächte nicht sehr abkühlten. Was auf der Buchungsbestätigung nicht steht, ist, dass die Kontaktperson vorher angerufen werden muss, sie wohnt 45 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Wir kamen um 17 Uhr am Haus an und erwarteten, dass jemand da wäre. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass wir Sie vorher hätten kontaktieren sollen. Irgendwann riefen wir sie an und sie sagte uns telefonisch, wo der Schlüssel sei. Es kann sinnvoll sein, dies in der Buchungsbestätigung zu erwähnen, ebenso wie das Mitbringen oder Organisieren zusätzlicher Handtücher. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, wenn Sie nicht den ganzen Tag zu Hause sein möchten. Es gibt auch nicht viele Restaurants in der Gegend, die wenigen, die es gibt, waren abends oft geschlossen. Glücklicherweise hatte Lulah's jeden Tag geöffnet und war zu Fuß erreichbar (den Berg hinunter und hinauf).

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, folgendes scheint uns für die Anmietung eines Hauses zu diesem Preis (> 1500 EUR pro Woche in der Hochsaison) minimal wichtig und ist in diesem Haus (Casa Akoesha) nicht vorhanden oder in Ordnung: - veraltete Bettwäsche, sogar zu so weit , dass sie vollständig unter Ihnen Einrollen / löst nach einer Nacht Schlaf (wir neue Blätter für unsere Familie heute gekauft), - ein neuer Kessel installiert wurde , aber das heizt das Wasser nur für 2 Personen, so dass die nächsten 3 entweder kalt oder nur nach 3 bis 4 Stunden später konnten wir wieder duschen - der Pool bei der Ankunft zu wenig Wasser hatte, so dass der Mann Wartung konnte nur eine ordnungsgemäße Wartung gegen Ende der Woche durchführen (wir kamen am Samstag , einen Mann kam am Montag und Freitag, Poolpflege so nur am Freitag nach einer Woche ...), - Lampen Außenterrasse defekte Lampen des Pools nicht Arbeit, - Kunststoff - Rattan - Stühlen verschlissen, - Tor an der Front tut nicht in der Nähe, - die Nachbarschaft ist wahrscheinlich ruhig, wenn nicht gebaut wird d (was aktuell der Fall ist), - Senseo Gerät ist undicht, kann aber vorerst noch verwendet werden, - Mixer vorhanden aber funktioniert nicht Fotos gemacht und auf Wunsch verfügbar. Zum Glück brauchen wir Urlaub und kennen die Region, damit wir noch einen schönen Urlaub haben. Mit etwas Investition und Planung wird es funktionieren, es ist nur schade, dass wir diesen Preis bezahlt haben. Das Haus steht zum Verkauf, aber das sollte nicht der Grund für die reduzierte Qualität sein. Vor allem, wenn Sie diesen hohen Preis halten wollen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sophie Lecuyer
