"The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Carl was very responsive when we had questions. The setting, right on the water, was so special! My daughter and I really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. Also, the windows at the back of the house face the water, so you can enjoy the view from inside. The cottage is also very close to St. Albans, which is a really nice town with lots of good restaurants, and 2 great coffee shops. This is a nice place in a great location!"

"We were a large party that stayed for a graduation event. The house and property are lovely. Everything was exactly as in the description and Deb was a superb hostess. She was responsive and very helpful in advance of our visit with dining suggestions. I would highly recommend this house to any large family wanting some time on the lake. The marina at South Hero is not far and the grocery store is 5 mins away. "
