"Our second stay at Baxter's Hideaway was just as wonderful as the first. Albert is very responsive. The property very clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the bike trail is great. With beautiful weather we meandered along Church Street Marketplace in Burlington each night (highly recommend!). If you want to eat dinner in Burlington we recommend making reservations well in advance. We will definitely return again next fall!"

Location = private and remote on a steep dirt road, yet 20 min to Sugarbush, 30 min to Bolton, and <15 min to both Waterbury and Waitsfield centers. "Wonderful place, just need to fill in holes and level the driveway out, especially at the garage. "Great room, toiletries amenities... our room overlook a senior home with 10 trash cans and a blue dumpster in the parking lot ... not the best view and I know it's not the hotels fault but couldn't this building hide the trash cans so they're not in direct view? Just food for thought ."
