9.7 miles from Balloon Fiesta! 2 bdrms (both w/ king beds) 2.5 bthrms, 2 living rms (1 has pull out sofabed) game rm w/ ping pong, foosball & air hockey. Quiet, tree-lined, safe neighborhood w/ sidewalks and park 1 mile away. This is one of the only green neighborhoods left in Abq with trees and grass & only minutes to Tramway and hwy 40. Table in kitchen that seats 4, bar that seats 3, dining rm table upstairs that seats 6 and dining rm table downstairs that also seats 6. Master bthrm has sunken jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, his & hers sinks, & granite countertops. Laundry rm w/ washer, dryer & sink. Smart 65 inch tv in upstairs living rm and smart 75 inch tv downstairs in game rm. Front of home faces the mountains and back of home has fenced in backyard w/ fruit trees and dog run. Balcony off the living rm and master bdrm w/ propane grill & views of the city.

Christmas Vacation

Our trip was wonderful and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the game room. The views were great and we loved the hiking trails that were just across the street from the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we loved seeing families out walking their dogs.
