The elevator was down at the time of our stay but overall good accommodation. Not many clean affortable hotels but this one is my favorite. Will be staying again in the future when we visit!

This was a great hotel, close to my family, and so many shops, including Trader Joes and a mall. The hotel is new, clean, well cared for, and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - great frittata with kale, crispy thin bacon, salsas, a ton of toppings for oatmeal.

I do wish there was a place for an adult beverage in the early evening. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. All the staff from housekeeping to the front desk were warm and friendly.

ABQ Central Gem

Great location and wonderful new hotel. I especially like the mattresses being encased. This helps reassure the mattresses are being kept in good shape and not fostering bed bugs or other issues. Staff was fantastic. More visibility with security would be appreciated in the parking lots as theft is a huge problem in ABQ.

Staff and room were great! Nice, clean, and up to date. Loved the fire pit and hope to upgrade ours at home b/c i. was so nice! The hot tub was pretty small and not sure if its a good idea to be so close to the pool. But it all worked well! Thanks!

Arrived at 3pm (check in time) and was told the room wouldn't be ready for 10-15 minutes. Unloaded luggage and waited in lobby. Room was ready for AN HOUR! Fast forward to 10:05PM and a lady comes into the pool and tells us its closed, I argued that it was supposed to be 11 but began getting out and getting ready to go to the room. She came back in and said it is in fact 11, so myself, my wife and our 11-year-old son got back in the pool. At about 11, Josh comes in and says the pool was supposed to be closed but we could stay. Awesome, thanks! Just the 3 of us, well mannered, being quiet, hanging out as a family. 1130 Josh comes bursting in screaming at us like we were his children! I have probably not been disrespected like that in my 37 years of life. I was livid. We travel very often, ALWAYS stay at a Fairfield. This is a newer property, and we were very excited about the location with plans to stay here many times. Already had 3 other reservations here through March. The Fairfield by Jefferson has always been awesome to us but thanks to Josh, we will never stay at another Fairfield unfortunately.

Good location

This hotel is in a great location for walking to shopping and many (chain) restaurants. They told us that it had been there for less than a year and that’s why we were a little surprised at the condition. The carpet wasn’t very clean looking and the shower had stuff in it that was obviously there from the last people who stayed in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the lobby was nice.

The staff where very friendly and hospitable. The property and room was very clean. The AC unit in the room sounded like a squeeky out of balance lawn mower. It was awful! So other than the poorly maintained air conditioner unit. The stay was nice overall and I would return.

Amazing property. Various restaurants are within walking distance and a Dave and Buster's too. The staff is friendly, the location is safe. Our room on the first floor was noisy during cleaning hours and there's no public WiFi without joining their rewards program but otherwise a great experience

Why rent a room with the price charged when the room has a shower head that leaks so bad the floor gets really wet and that causes a fall hazard for me…..someone evidently tried to fix it but in reality it should have been replaced …. You have a nice secure facility….pleasant efficient staff ….this doesn’t speak well for your “new hotel “…..also the welcome gift is a nice gesture but one granola bar should have been two since
