"Both ladies I interacted with at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, my room was not ready when I checked in because they were understaffed. They “cleaned” it, I checked to see that the room was ready, and it wasn’t. The sheets were stained a bit, towels were stained, and 3 pillows also had stains. I had a full day of work and driving to Albuquerque, that I just slept on what I thought was clean. I asked for clean towels the next day but no one came to my room. I knew it because my room was not cleaned up while I was out all day. My room was finally cleaned on Friday and had new towels. One was actually clean and the others were stained. The stains looked like shoe prints or maybe they’re stored in a dusty place. Whatever it is, I am more shocked that it took days to fulfill my one request. If you plan on booking, take your own towels, maybe a bedsheet/blanket, and a pillow. They require a $100 cash deposit. I know it says differently online, but the 1st lady I met did let me bring the deposit the next day. They have an ATM but I’d rather take money out of my bank. I’m not sure if they actually had breakfast available. I pretty much got up early to start my day and came back late at night. Parking was good. They have WiFi available. Overall, the cleanliness of the place and items I needed is what earned you a 2 star rating. Everything else was good. I travel for work sometimes, so I needed all items available when requested. "

"The room was clean and cute. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar were lively and fun, the food was delicious. We enjoyed our time there and would certainly stay at the Imperial again."
