"The property is gorgeous and is situated nicely with a great view of the valley and the water. The space is well-kept, roomy, and well-appointed, and stays quite cool with the windows open. "House was lovely….multiple stories with a sea view from everywhere. Enjoyed the patios, jacuzzi and pool. Quiet area during the week, but neighborhood got much busier on the weekend. Only negative is the drive up/down the mountain. Thought it was a little treacherous on some of the curves and switchbacks if another vehicle was approaching in opposite direction. Manager and owner were very quick to respond to our questions. But those views….."

"We went on a family trip to Spain and stayed at this villa, and would highly recommend. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a short drive into town. The villa itself was incredible. It was spacious, clean, and upscale. The pool was a treat to have as well, and the views from the pool/balcony are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely like to come back. We would recommend this villa to everyone!"

"When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. We also found out that there are no pool towels and the cleanliness is not really good in some places. The location is very quiet and the beautiful beach is not overcrowded. For shopping...

"Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. Annie the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely go back."

Das führte dazu, das wir einen Tag Urlaub, dadurch verloren haben und unter Druck versucht haben den Urlaub anzutreten. Haben die Summe über das normal Konto überwiesen. "We had a group of 32 attend my sons wedding on the property! Gorgeous views and home. Pool was fun plenty of room for everyone. Owner of the home put us in touch with local bus company and they took care of all our excursions. Local taxi was also very helpful getting us around for groceries etc."

"The property was fine. The owner and care taker johny were very helpful but the town wasn’t for us unfortunately. If you’re driving there with electric vehicles then you may face problems with charging."

"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."

"This is a gorgeous house, with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The house has air conditioning, is well appointed, and very comfortable. As there are many stairs, it may not be best for the oldest or youngest people. There is a beautiful steep hike to the nearby beach."

Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement."
