Two-room apartment by the sea (6 places) - Co-AAUT 009003-LT-0100

65sqm apartment of recent construction located in a quiet area.
Composed of large double bedroom, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with tub and dressing room with shower, pantry and terrace / garden of 25sqm.
Private parking space.
The accommodation is only 1500 meters from the sea but a very steep climb makes it essential to use a vehicle.
Perfectly furnished, complete with appliances and dishes.
We give guests a set of sheets and towels.
Perfect for 4 people. In case of larger groups contact the Administrator to evaluate the possibility of increasing hospitality.
Our four-legged friends are welcome in compliance with the condominium rules. For specific sanitation issues after the stay of pets a supplement will be required.

Tutto perfetto. L'alloggio, situato in collina (15 minuti a piedi dal centro) è l'ideale per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno di relax, lontano dal caos, ma con tutte le comodità. Appartement bien disposé.mais trop bruyant et 3 escaliers exterieurs à franchir depuis le parking.plusieurs eclairages defectueux..balai cassé.aspirateur manquant.micro onde et vaisselle vieillissants..mais les propritaires tres serviables et à l écoute.
