"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places. Very clean. Quest. Safe. Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment. Otherwise everything was excellent. "
