"The home was easy to find and access once we arrived. The property manager was helpful and concise which eased any anxiety we had about visiting a new area. We were a short drive from Sand Mountain which we also highly recommend. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for us to arrive, including the temp on the hot tub. FYI we found out there actually IS uber service, at least to and from the house and Sand Mountain. The locals we told were skeptical but we used it and it worked out...

"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control."
