"Basement suite was very clean. Good use of the space. Great to have laundry and full ironing board right in suite. You can hear the family upstairs and the occasional child crying or calling out. Normal noises for a family above but just so you’re aware there are young kids upstairs. I never heard nighttime crying though, just regular daytime noises.Host was very good and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. An all-around good stay."

"The place is lovely. My biggest thing was that the sound transfer from the door to the upper or main floor of the home is nearly non existent. You can hear everything when they are on the main floor. I would suggest adding a more sound proof door and perhaps a seal on the bottom as well. But the just was great at answering all my questions and accommodating me on a few things. Overall a good experience. "

"This very clean suite in a residential location was a short driving distance from many restaurants and shops. The host was very attentive and kind in fulfilling any requests we had during our stay. Since our stay was during the Winter, street parking could have been an issue due to the snowbanks, but the host took care of that for us. As stated in their ad, the family does live upstairs, however I think the price of our accommodations did reflect this and any noise was short lived and infrequent during our stay. The shower pressure was also great, as were the nice snacks the host left on the counter for us to enjoy. "

"This is the second time staying at this place and, same as the first time, everything was perfect: communication with the host, cleanliness, neighborhood is very quiet and safe, located in very close proximity to the ring road, amenities, etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to get a very nice VRBO in Edmonton. "The suite is very modern, clean and well laid out with high ceilings. Overall we had a good stay and it served our purposes. There were a few issues though. Firstly it is advertised as a 2 bedroom unit but when we arrived the 2nd bedroom was locked and we were notified that it’s normally an extra charge to access it. This wasn’t indicated anywhere in the ad. The host did have someone come and open the bedroom for us but the listing description should be updated to properly reflect this. Secondly the noise from upstairs is quite loud at times. Not really the fault of the people living there rather a complete lack of any soundproofing between the units. This could likely be improved with a few minor changes. Overall a really nice unit, great host communication and good amenities. "

"The host was incredible, went above and beyond for our needs, very communicative, kind, and had great hospitality. Very clean, lots of privacy, it was quiet, amazing place to stay! I would love to come back again and would recommend to anyone who asks for a great place to stay!!!"

"Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Property manager was very accommodating and communicated very well. I wouldn't however recommend to elderly as the steps down are steep and the tub height is hard as their is no grab bar.Overall a very nice Property and our stay was great!"
