"Breakfast was very good. Hot and lots of selection. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed which was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and supplies were also good to have even though coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby area. The only drawback during our trip was extremely noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who kept us up with their noise. This is not the fault of the hotel. There is a quiet time posted from 10pm to 8am. However it underlined the thin walls. There is currently construction in a lot next to the hotel and work begins at 7am. Our room faced the construction site so we probably got the brunt of construction noise. "

Walls in room beat up and dirty, pool area dirty no towels, jets not working in hot tub, hot tub water was super dirty and had lots of hair and stuff floating in it. free breakfast had gone down hill. Staff is nice. Bar had karaoke and had an amazing waitress. Prices keep going up for this property but the conditions are getting worse. Sad as this used to be one of our go to places for flying out of Edmonton. "

"The staff were excellent but the property is a little tired in certain areas hallways, elevators. But nothing serious. The room was very nice and room service was excellent. Food was very good"
