"Tiny, dark (one very small window), musty/damp. Advertised washer and dryer and did not have it. Smallest bathroom ive ever been in. Would not recommend."

"there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...

"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"There were bedbugs in the bed i woke up with many bites all over my body it was terrible. The bathroom had mold and the matress and so hard i could barely sleep. Unfortunate because it seems like the place has a lot of potential if they did some work and a bit more effort for upkeep"
