The property was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would say that a more detailed initial orientation to the spa and baths would have been helpful. We actually had no idea as to how things work, where exactly the facilities are, etc. Otherwise, this is a great location. We hope to return!

Habitación amplia y cómoda

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, reformada y con un baño muy práctico. Lo único malo es el garaje ya que queda un poco a desmano. El spa está situado justo enfrente del hotel, y el acceso a las piscinas públicas va incluido con la estancia (están frente al parking pero hay que entrar por el parque de la ciudad). El desayuno muy variado.

O hotel é bom, staff muito prestativo. Porém…. Estacionamento longe do hotel. Estava chovendo não podiam emprestar um guarda-chuva, apenas vendiam. Pedimos 2 drinks, a pessoa que fez não tinha conhecimento algum do que estava fazendo. A caipiroska veio sem sumo de lima e sem açúcar, era basicamente vodka com gelo. E de brinde uma FOLHA DE COENTRO. Pressão da água do chuveiro muito baixa. Trocaram a gente de quarto mas não resolveu o problema. Ar-condicionado não funcionava. Fui informada que alguns hóspedes reclamaram do frio e queriam o ar quente. Eu estava passando calor e não tive o ar na temperatura que desejava. Café da manhã muito simples, poucas opções e não muito boas.

They couldn’t find our reservation when we first checked in, despite my having the hotels.com checking number. But they eventually disbarred about 10 minutes, and all was fine from there on! Ask for a corner room (216 or 316). We had a mineral water hot tub that we thought would be side by side - but we were in two separate rooms side by side! Wasn’t worth the cost but was an interesting experience.
