Very clean room and kind staff. The breakfast was just ok, but the person in charge was really warm and friendly.

Hampton Inn & Suites Albany Airport
Bathroom was dirty. Blinds in the room would not go up. Staff would not control other guest in the hotel from making obnoxious amount of noise. Kids playing hockey and running around the hallways at all hours of the night and early morning.

Staff were very nice and competent. Room was ok tho dark (light was broken); ice machine on my floor did not work. View was honestly hideous but location was ok.
