"The home is very spacious and having 2 bathrooms a plus. Only thing minor is grass not mowed and some extreme cleaning rules but that didn’t affect us from enjoying the home. Would stay again with family if up in New York again. Chris was very helpful with the getting in process."

He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken.
