The only downside to staying there was you have to get used to the traffic noise. The people were wonderful and very courteous. The breakfast was awesome! Couldn't ask for a nicer place.

I stayed one night at Phoenix Inn Suites in Albany, Oregon. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. However, the area didn’t feel very safe, and I found it inconvenient to have to badge in even at the main lobby entrance. Overall, an average stay.

Have stayed here previously and it can be a bit noisy from the freeway, but not bad. Not much option on food near without a drive into the city. Once in Albany the food options increase

This was a very friendly and clean property. They upgraded us to a suite which was very roomy with a large couch and desk. The lobby is attractive. Breakfast had nice variety of choices. There was a nice shower and the room was quiet.

Spacious room. Nightlight for bathroom access. Generous vanity space to accommodate a couple/family. Well stocked breakfast buffet with many options. Breakfast buffet had porcelain plates, bowls and stainless flatware instead of the usual flimsy paper plates and rubber flatware.
