This lovely spacious split level fully renovated self-This lovely spacious split level fully renovated self-contained home has been fitted out to a high standard. The house is perfect for families or couple/s, looking for a home away from home that is close to the beach, local attractions and amenities
The house is also well suited for professionals, corporate contract companies seeking to accommodate 1 - 4 staff, looking for somewhere to relax after a day at work.

- well appointed kitchen with basically everything supplied except food.

A very pleasant house in a great location
We really enjoyed the location, and being able to walk to Emu point. The street was a little busy with the traffic to the boat ramp but we utilized back streets or the walking path.
