A very beautiful and quiet place to stay. About 30 minutes from Kandy and a lovely place to unwind. The staff were wonderful.

Beautiful property and fantastic hosts - only minor points: 1. Pillows need urgent replacing - smelly; 2. Food needs to stay Sri Lankan - no need to overcompliate. The chef was away when we were there so food was a let down, although they did try.

All the staff were incredible. The property was magic (we stayed in the giant tent). Handy to town via the on premises tuk tuk. Great food and just generally a damn good time!

It was absolutely amazing.Russell gave us undivided attention and made our stay a haven.The food conveyance was all taken care off and we enjoyed the breathtaking view and tranquility of the place was astounding.We will definitely come again and this was the best place we enjoyed in srilanka.

A new hotel. Some completion going on during our stay. Everything was very well done. Attentive staff, great food in the dining area, great roof pool with stunning views over Kandy. Would have happily stayed longer.

The place was perfect. Lovely host and large breakfast Short tuk tuk ride from bus stop or a 20 min walk Steep drive and some stairs so better suited for packs rather than large suitcases

Helpful staff, good location and a short walk to the lake. The room was a good size and the bed was huge and comfortable. Plus the shower has the hottest water in Sri Lanka! The internet signal can be a little inconsistent ok if your rooms are near reception but signal quality drops if your at the end of the hotel?

The hotel itself was well situated on a hill just above and a short drive or walk to Kandy town . It was very decorative, spacious and clean. The rooms were large and bathrooms lovely. We used many of the rooms including the Golden Eagle room. Very pretty and extremely comfortable for a wedding or the conference. Swimming pool was beautiful and refreshing. Staff were very cheerful attentive and helpful.
