About 30 square meters of which 15 square meters measure the bedroom and living room. 10 sqm kitchen and 7 sqm with a fold-out single bed. This room is located between the kitchen and the sleeping-living area. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 adults or with small children up to 5 people by opening the sofa bed.
