Very small rooms. Was told by the front desk that there would be a $100 fee if we smoked in the room. Got to the room and it freaked of smoke. The Lodge at Cloudcroft
Shower head was not working properly. Phone and clock in room did not working. Most, but not all of the staff was friendly. Staff seemed to only interact with locals. Not very attentive to other’s. Food, drinks, and atmosphere are great.
