"A very nice suite at a remarkably low price. The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. "We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia Customer Service confirmed that we had All Inclusive and partially reimbursed us, which was great. However, the staff and manageress's attitude and customer skills were outrageously bad or non-existent should I say. Instead of mitigating the issue in some manner, the manageress was quite argumentative and outright rude. My advice to all customers is, please avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not deserve your attention and money."
