"So beautiful, an amazing place to stay. We loved the apartment, the beach club and the restaurant. The service in the reception was completely absent, we were left to ourselves to figure everything out, but we managed :) "

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."
"This hotel was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We were lounging at the beach or enjoying the one of the 6 pools. Food variety was great too. No need to go out of the hotel. "
"Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room. "

Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. The Elevator even broke down, thankfully we werent in it at the time, but with everything not working properly, we didn't feel safe to use it. The next...
"Amazing staff ! We received a welcome gift of champagne and a gorgeous fruit bowl on arrival as it was our anniversary! Food good , cleanliness good and drinks good ! Would not hesitate to return! "

The Elevator even broke down, thankfully we werent in it at the time, but with everything not working properly, we didn't feel safe to use it. The next room it was touch and go if you got any water to shower with. Getting out of the tub was very precarious onto a wet tile floor wasnt fun or safe. The AC worked somewhat and not all the time. Just way over priced for a falling apart 'luxury hotel' but i will say the view was amazing. The staff was doing everything they could to work around all these problems. I would not recomend this place at all to anyone over 35. I hate to give such a low review but this was just so bad for charging as much as they did. Good luck to the staff. You are the only reason i gave it 2 stars.

"Horrible staff, unhelpful for your prices I was shocked to have zero small bottles in room and to be charged for one coffee pod, using your in room machine which failed to heat water and then having an employee chase me through the parking lot for one Euro after just paying €254 for two rooms for one night. Rooms were sparsely outfitted, tv’s were far too small and channel selection very limited. Overall, a one star rip off. Recommend that the owner try a night in his property to see how bad it is"
