"Actually the worst experience on booking with the Hotel. They do not answer the phone(extremely unprofessional). Plus they don't help the customers to check in. One of my employees arrived earlier and they refused to check him in even they had the CC on file. We tried to pay in full upfront via website they recommended. ON the front page was one amount in US dollars and completely other amount on the check out page 10 times higher!!! We had to leave the premises and look for another honest...
