The rooms were clean, the location in La Palma was great, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, the staff were all incredibly friendly without exception, the breakfast was very varied and different every day, I was very happy with my stay and hope to return soon.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

It is a beach property but the beach is not accessible. The swim up bar is nonexistent. The other guests were so loud all night we didn’t sleep. Management told me they were so drunk that they could do nothing. We were the only 2 groups in the hotel and they put the drunk people playing loud music ...
