The aesthetic is golden! Literally! The hotel feels like sheer luxury. The bell men and front desk team were warm and welcoming. The staff in the common areas were also friendly and polite.

"It is a beach property but the beach is not accessible. The swim up bar is nonexistent. The other guests were so loud all night we didn’t sleep. Management told me they were so drunk that they could do nothing. We were the only 2 groups in the hotel and they put the drunk people playing loud music ..."
