The property was beautiful. It was very clean and safe. They had multiple pools including a mini water park area, it was close to the beach so there were options for multiple water actions including jet skiing, camping and others. The food was great, there were a lot to choose from. The overall stay was great. No complaints.

Overall good experience. The lack of entertainment though, especially after sunset, is a total showstopper for people who want to have fun outside of the pools. Big plus: The service staff is always very attentive, kind and helpful.

Weekend getaway

Really spacious and comfortable room. We have stayed many times as good choice of food and entertainment options on site and nearby. No need to drive anywhere once parked.

The resort is nice for relaxation. The hotel is clean and all-inclusive food is good. Its location is somewhat off-centre and there’s a lot of construction going on in the area.

Great all-inclusive resort for families with kids

Great hotel for families with kids. It was our 3rd time here in three years. We come here to relax and enjoy some time together (me and 2 kids, 4+7). I love how you can walk between the pools/beach/playground/water playground in less than 5 minutes. All-inclusive works well. We enjoyed our breakfasts in The Brasserie close to the pool area - really nice and quiet. Had lunch inside the large buffet restaurant - it is busy and quite noisy. Dinners outside - much more quiet. The food is above average for an all inclusive resort of this size. Many different options and themes. Love the Arabic and Indian food. Would love to see some Coke Zero on the menu instead of Diet Coke - and other diet soda options would be great too! We stayed at a Deluxe Room with garden access. These rooms are located in the low buildings in the garden area close to the pool area and just a short walk to the restaurants. Perfect with small kids - they can easily run back and forth between the room and the pool area. Staff is generally really nice and serviceminded. I really like this resort and will probably be back again next year!

Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example. Lastly, the hotel serves mainly families with kids. There is loud music and screaming kids all day. So if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is not it.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk team. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs promptly. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several remarkable staff members, including Manohar Kumar, Asif Ahmed, Ganesh Nagarkar and Kavintha whose attentive service and culinary expertise made dining morning, lunch and dinner a delight. I had special requests during my visit which were a lemon and ginger shot every morning and a strawberry milkshake for my daughter Florence. After day one of my request, I never had to ask again as the mentioned members of the team would have them ready on arrival to the restaurant. Truly outstanding attention to detail with regards ensuring customer satisfaction. It's evident that the staff is not only skilled but also passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Their dedication to ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay is truly commendable.

First time staying here. Booked garden room with twin beds which turned out to be too small for us to sleep in with teenagers! Hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade to sea view where twin beds were bigger. Room also had a sofa bed which gave us more options for sleeping. Good breakfast but probably wouldn’t do half board again as evening buffet didn’t offer much range for fussy eaters! SALT is across the road though for evening bite. Loved adult pool with floating cushions. Very relaxing. Would definitely return..

We opt for the 'all-inclusive' package, however, was very disappointing. Very limited options for drink and eat. Also, the food offered was average. I would not recommend.

The hotel makes a good impression from the lobby, but the standard room has quite small beds for a family if four (two adults and two small kids). At the reception they allowed us to do an early check in, which was amazing because we were extremely tired from the flight. The hotel has a construction work on its side, which makes it quite noise at the beach. The restaurant is very crowded and the food of the buffet is by far not at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. It’s not bad though… just not 5-star. The all inclusive package, although convenient, is not impressive either. Some staff tried to help and facilitate everything for us, but some people were simply lost and not helpful. Overall it was a good experience for our family. The beach is nice and calm (not sandy, but full of broken shells as it’s not a natural beach), kids pool is warm (even though it’s an external pool) and they have the water playground and the regular playground. The tourist agency (Cleopatra Tours) has good options, but you may need to negotiate the prices. They will give you some very overpriced options.

Great property for families and kids while retaining adult only areas for guests who don’t come with kids. Good sized rooms, excellent staff and plenty of activities for everyone. This resort is my and my family’s top 2 destinations in UAE. However, there are a few small issues that I noticed. I got the impression that some (very few) facilities are struggling due to their age and with the huge influx of guests. Toilets near the pool and Pirate ship splash pad were clogged one day. Splash pad showed signs of wear and tear. Kids club has limited options and also needs a refresh. Breakfast options for vegetarians was limited. But these are very small issues and overall the resort facilities and staff are amazing, among the best I have experienced in UAE. Highly recommended!

I would like to give a big thankyou to all the hard working staff members that help make this hotel run. The restaurant staff, the house keeping staff the engineering staff the maintenance staff, all such hard working people. I would like to mention one name Mr Aye Min, this young man was so helpful and kind. Everyday he would check on the room, to see if we needed anything. He did a great job cleaning our room. It's just made our stay comfortable. Now let's get to the food,,,, absolutely average, breakfast was nice, as you would find in all hotels. Lunch and dinner where Big disappointment. I stayed for 10nights and I could honestly say I only enjoyed the food for 4 nights. The chef wasn't very approachable because I saw him having a discussion with a German customer who was also complaining about the food, the chef was very rude with the way he responded. The kids club, the Waterpark I would give 10/10.
