Heavily use of the air perfume
This is fantastic hotel, charm welcoming, clean room, comfort beds. The only issue in this hotel is the heavily use of the air perfume in corridors. This time I got room with very stinky smell and after calling the receptionist they switched to another one. Before this visit, I inform the shift manager about the heavily last visit 2 months ago but nothing changed this time. The perfume concentration is too high.

Room is very tiny. I have called the Reception and Room services more than 10 times and NO answer. I had to go to the reception by my self to ask. Also when I check in they asked for IDs and Document that never seen in any hotel around the world. The gave us a smoking room which is smell very bad

In short that is a 3 stars Hilton. I took a 2 Bedroom Suite, the MBR smelled cigarettes though I asked for non smoking, area is too tight, and the food is simply a disaster! Consider eating outside. The reception staff are amazing! Need to say that, they desrve a 5 stars rating.

Upon check in I was surprised the receptionist telling me my name is not in the list and if you booked already we will have to relocate you to another hotel. After a long discussion including having me trying to contact Expedia customer service, they proceeded giving me my room. My room was breakfast included, but again after getting my breakfast in the morning, I had one of the staffs telling me otherwise, so I had to show them proof on my Expedia booking receipt. I was really frustrated by the treatment I had. I will not be coming back again or recommend this hotel to family or friends.
