"Our room was so small and outdated, moreover The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain; the water just stood there and wouldn't drain. water from the AC spilled onto the nightstand and the bed. We got upgraded for bigger room but there was the sink problem also. Not cozy hotel at all, very dirty area outside. The breakfast is terrible ,
Complete unsanitary conditions in the kitchen, poor selection of the cheapest products We had a breakfast nearby rooftop 7000 I guess and it was so good. ...

"First of all, the view from the room is amazing. The view from the rooftop is also amazing. We brought our own dinner and enjoyed the light and sound show. The refrigerator is especially noteworthy; it can make ice. It was very popular when we walked around Giza. This is a wonderful hotel."

"Giza pyramids Inn was exactly what I had hoped for from the description of the booking online. We arranged airport pickup and the driver was there for us on time to take us to the hotel. The rooftop is perfect for a panoramic view of the Giza pyramids and is right next door to Rooftop 7000 which is where we dined. All our needs were met and the staff was friendly. "

"Upon arrival, I decided to upgrade my room for a better view of the pyramids. The cost difference wasn't that much but the room was FABULOUS! I highly recommend booking room 506! Staff were very responsive, kind, helpful and I enjoyed speaking with every one I met. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely, enhanced by the view of the pyramids from the terrace."

"I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast.
I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room.
The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel.
Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel.
Kindly Recommendation:
1. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request.
2. Someone available for fix engineer issues.
3. Pillowcases for cover the pillow.
4. King size sheets ( the sheets on king bed was queen size )

Booked deluxe King suite with pyramid view and Jacuzzi tub. Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend"
