Real nice hotel, everything looks new, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. It is basically right across Al Ain mall which means you have pretty much everything you need nearby without even driving. I would stay here again.

Great experience
Very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Maybe better training of the breakfast staff. None of them understood how to make a tradition English cup of tea., but that is a minor issue. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would love to stay there again. Keep up the high standards!

Really disappointed with our experience at Ayla Grand Hotel. We found black and red mould in the bathroom (around the shower, bath and bathroom fittings) and a dirty scum around the bath plug - we raised this with a lady on reception who said she would arrange for someone to clean it whilst we were out, we returned and the bathroom was exactly as it was when we left. The room lacks the basic amenities that you would expect in a 5* hotel (for example; bath robe, coffee machine, conditioner, smart/streaming TV and an iron that steams). We were staying with our baby son, and the glass protection on the bedside tables were not secured and nearly fell on my son when lightly knocked - this is really unsafe. Ayla Grand has also clearly cut costs where possible, poor workmanship is evident - one sign of this was the bathroom sink which was nearly unusable due to the faucet being too short for the size of the sink. I’m concerned as we’re due to return to the hotel later this week, and I’d like to speak to someone from the management team to ensure that our experience is at least slightly improved.

My stay at Ayla grand
It is more of a 4-star standard. The suite was nice. The hotel did not have an adaptor with lots of discussions and talking to the manager an adaptor was provided. Empty plates and cutlery are provided at a cost.

The stay ok but the receptionist people wasn't that friendly and when I wanted my fiance's sisters and her brother in laws to stop by to visit they told me that only two guests at a time. I felt like they were treating me and my future wife and family badly. They told either i could have two guests or my fiance and I would have to check out right than and there!!!

Very comfortable
Comfortable room, excellent service apart from a very slow check-in. Food slightly over-priced. Excellent situation next to mall. Pool warm and nice sundeck. Definitely recommend.

The Hotel is very convenient, All the staff was very courteous and helpful. The Gym, Sauna and Massage were fantastic and well maintained. The only problem was the room access key which was not functioning several times and had to be re-programmed from the Reception desk. Need to make a special mention of Mr.Vijay -Manager of the Coffee shop who was very helpful. He along with the Chef Mr.Swapan specially cooked tasty dishes for us due to diet restrictions. We are avid travellers and would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Amazing 5-Star hotel!!
Excellent hotel located right across the street from the ginormous Al Ain Mall. The executive rooms feature full kitchen and (clothes) washing machines! Excellent place to stay for business or pleasure. They also have a very well-appointed rooftop pool and spa with incredible facilities😊. 5-star luxury for a pittance - we paid just $97 USD for an incredible room. Highly recommended!!

A nice experience to be remembered
