We had a fantastic stay! Great breakfast included in the stay. Incredible views from the property. There was a hot tub we never got the chance to use. Rooms were very clean, and larger than they look in photos. Would recommend! Perfect distance from town if you want to go shopping!

Check-in was very quick. The property was quite large with beautiful views. Nice breakfast room with a view. There was a game room downstairs with a pool table, darts, and lots of board games.

Enjoyed the stay. Love what they’ve done to the place. Fabulous breakfast buffet which is included. Unfortunately the neighbor a few properties over have cattle and when the wind blowing your way, well, you know. Not inside the hotel fortunately.

Our first night was great room was good! They helped us get a different room second night that was good. The apartment they gave needs some updating! Electric hot water pot did not work! Door is very hard to open. Other then that very good experience Thank you staff

What a lovely place to stay after day one of the ring road from Reykjavik. It was the perfect end of the day. Dropped my travel gear, grabbed a beer from the bar and watched the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so very friendly. Definitely a 5 star travel stop.

Wonderful Location and Stay

The only thing that could have made it better would have been for the fog to lift and the blue sky to appear so we could enjoy the view on the other side of the fjord even better. Loved our stay here in every way.

Renovated hotel with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, hot tub, sauna and friendly staff. Nice option outside of Akureyri but less than 10 min drive into town for meals. Bypasses toll road and nice option for going north to Húsavík.
