Enter a modern and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for a relaxing stay. The open living area features stylish furnishings, a large smart TV, and a cosy couch, with sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony with beautiful views.

The fully equipped kitchen offers quality finishes, a six-burner stove, a full-size oven, and a kitchen island with seating—perfect for dining and gathering together.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with A/C, a ceiling fan, and a full wardrobe. One bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed.

Both full bathrooms are stocked with essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The condo also includes an in-unit washing machine and dryer, along with simple, refined touches throughout to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Just a 1–2 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of the neighbouring resorts. Simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.

Getting around

For the best experience, we highly recommend renting a car for your stay. Akumal and the surrounding areas are spread out, and having a vehicle makes it much easier to reach the beach club, restaurants, supermarkets, and nearby attractions.
