Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response)

"This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. "
"the standad room was better then the delux room .delux room had left over of the carpet and other stuff used in it.also the bathroom was really bad and everytime i used the washbasin the drainage made loud noise.the staff statement was contradictory now and then"

"I had a pleasant stay.I was at the hotel for 10 days. The club room was very nice. The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful
The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness.
