I loved this property. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The overall vibe of the place gave peaceful. If I had any suggestions it would be for the host to have a phone number with his instructions to make it easier to contact him, however even with messaging him through the app he was responsive, I'm just a lil, old school. Overall this was a great place, convenient to the highway and the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again

Terrence was absolutely a great host. He answered my excessive amount of questions quick & always friendly. The apartment was definitely 5 star. Every corner shined, pristine, clean, beautiful. I will definitely be requesting to stay again when I return to Akron!

This apartment was perfect for me being in town for a softball tournament. It was immaculate, the kitchen was really nice and the shower was wonderful! Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom were a plus. Terrence was responsive and helpful. It’s conveniently located with easy access to everything in the area. There was also plenty of parking on the street right in front of the building.

Very welcoming! This apartment was cozy, warm and relaxing which was great due to the weather(winter) it was clean, nicely decorated and newly remodeled. Host left good detailed instructions which was very accommodating. All amenities available, only brought food, nothing else was needed. Location was quiet. Great stay and will recommend and book in the future.

We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was declined. The apartment itself may be suitable for other travelers, but based on our experience with the location and the handling of our concerns, we would not choose to stay here again.
