"When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk. Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row. I told the front desk as we were leaving about the shower."

"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot."

"Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay."

"First time staying at a hotel in the Akron area and this was not bad at all. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat, just watch out cause traffic is heavy on the main drag, route 18. Was offered a choice of room location so I chose upstairs so I wouldn't have to hear thumping on the floor above me if I chose the ground floor. It was a bit noisy at first cause of people visiting others who where staying at the hotel, but by the time I went to sleep it was nice and quiet. They do offer breakfast and coffee in the morning from 6-9."
