Checking in and getting to our room was very easy. My mother on the other hand is 95 and the toilet in our room was far too low even for me. Also, I would’ve liked them to have had some milk at the breakfast.

Hotel is getting ready to be renovated, hence 4 vs 5 stars...would give 4.5 but didn't allow half stars. Hallway carpets were clean but could see fading of design on carpet. Overall for a one night stay, beds were super comfy, linens n towels smelt fresh, appreciated hooks by the shower to hang towels & storage of extra towels were on shelves over vanity instead of over toilet. Great water pressure, one issue but didnt hinder shower... shower curtain wouldnt stay open, kept sliding 2 the middle from both ends. There was a mini fridge which was needed for meds, but no microwave (had a large one in the lobby along with a mini shop of microwavable food n 24 hr coffee n variety of teas) PLENTY of electrical outlets for ur charging pleasure. Hot breakfast but unfortunately no fruit. Overall would stay again

Great understanding staff. Switched our rooms easily after our first rooms ac was broken. Allowed a later check out time. The only reason it sucked was the fire alarm going off in the evening and being told we were allowed back in the building and then the fire alarm going off AGAIN at 4AM!!!! Other than that pretty amazing place.

The room was excellent with good furniture, excellent beds, and a nicely appointed bathroom. The TV was useless. We didn't need it, so no big deal, but it just was broken. Also, you cannot contact the front desk from the room. The telephone has no direct button for service or the front desk and nowhere on it does it indicate any way to contact the front desk. I tried dialing 0, but that didn't work. Also, the hallways were very uncomfortably hot. Our stay was during a warm September time. Evidently they don't bother air conditioning the halls. The free breakfast was pretty good.
