"I didn’t realize the booking included two meals, and was only able to inform the check in staff that we had two vegetarians in our group. The kitchen was most helpful to prepare very delicious vegetarian meals last minute and we were all very happy! The hot spring was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views! I would have given it 6 starts if it was possible. "

"フロントや食事のスタッフさんがニコニコして親切ですごく良かったです。足を怪我してたので簡易ベットを用意して下さったり、座椅子も持って来て下さったり、朝ごはんの時近い席を用意して下さったり、至れり尽くせりでした。食事も豪華で美味しかったです。
一つ残念なのは部屋のおトイレが狭くて使いにくかった点です、"

The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat.
