A short 10-minute walk will take you to the Akigawa River, perfect for barbecues and river play. Supermarkets and convenience stores are just a 3-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Despite the convenient location, the property sits along a quiet riverside, where you’ll be surrounded by the gentle sounds of flowing water and seasonal birdsong—an ideal environment to unwind.

This modern retreat, designed by the owner, features exposed concrete and natural materials, combining architectural elegance with comfort. Inside, you’ll find custom-made furniture crafted by skilled artisans, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a high-end washer-dryer unit.

The space includes twin semi-double beds, a lounge area, dining space, full kitchen, private bathroom, and a dedicated entrance—all reserved entirely for your group.

We also provide a curated coffee experience with a medium-dark roast blend made from rare beans sourced from the Atlantic. Choose between freshly ground drip bags or enjoy authentic espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos with our top-of-the-line De’Longhi La Specialista espresso machine. Premium Japanese hand-drip tools like Origami drippers and KOGU are also available.

Additional Information:

Guests with Children:
Children aged 6 and older are charged the adult rate. Up to 2 children under the age of 6 may stay free when sharing a bed. Please bring identification for age verification at check-in.
Pre-Arrival Registration:
In compliance with Japan’s Private Lodging Business Act, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival registration form with their name, address, and contact details.
Guests without a Japanese address must also submit a copy of their passport.
Stays of 28 Nights or Longer:
For long-term stays (28 nights or more), a short-term rental agreement is required under Japanese law. We will send you an online contract to sign before your stay.
Housekeeping Policy:
For stays of 2 nights or less, housekeeping service is not provided.
For stays of 3 nights or longer, light cleaning and trash collection are offered every other day.
As this is a vacation rental with a washer-dryer, guests are asked to wash linens and towels themselves during extended stays.
Arrival Time:
