Beautiful location, horrible service
The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee provided (you could order and pay to have a decent cup of coffee)

Great location inside the fort. Comfortable room. Amazing spa facility. Very good restaurant. Ideal for visiting southern Georgia.

Prachtige locatie middenin het gerestaureerde fort. Mooie spa/wellness ruimte. Personeel bij receptie niet erg aardig. Veel last van luidruchtige groepen ‘s avonds op de gang.

Приятный во всех отношениях атмосферный отель
Останавливались на одни сутки с семьей в номере Comfort Double. Понравилось местоположение гостиницы внутри нижней части крепости Рабати. Из окна и балкончика колоритные виды во дворик. Персонал гостиницы доброжелательный. Утром в ресторане отеля сытный вкусный завтрак. Были в СПА, тоже неплохо. Сауна холодновата, но римская парная очень хороша, есть небольшой бассейн-джакузи. Бесплатная парковка для посетителей отеля возле ворот крепости.
