"Our stay at Palais Amador in Marrakech was truly exceptional. The service is outstanding; Zac and Amira are the absolute best—always thoughtful, available, and incredibly proactive. The property itself is gorgeous, radiating Moroccan culture and charm through local art, mosaics, and cleanliness. It feels luxurious, peaceful, and is a destination in itself. Our one critical callout: If you plan frequent Marrakesh exploration, factor in the distance. This sanctuary is prohibitive for daily sightseeing. Expect about 2 hours round-trip travel, costing 300 to 900 MAD via the hotel's affiliated transport company. They are professional and reliable, but with no local options, these costs and times add up quickly for non-stop tourists. Palais Amador is ideal for a relaxing getaway where the experience on-site is paramount."

"A beautiful hotel. Calm and relaxing -we had a totally restorative stay. Staff couldn’t have done more for us and the whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful weather and pool (the temp is refreshingly cold); great spa treatments; huge room; delicious breakfasts; el fresco dining by the pool for lunch was fabulous. We went into Marrakesh every night (30 mins in cab) and enjoyed fantastic rooftop bars and restaurants – great recommendations from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! "Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."
