"this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to...

"Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. "A beautiful hotel. Calm and relaxing -we had a totally restorative stay. Staff couldn’t have done more for us and the whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful weather and pool (the temp is refreshingly cold); great spa treatments; huge room; delicious breakfasts; el fresco dining by the pool for lunch was fabulous. We went into Marrakesh every night (30 mins in cab) and enjoyed fantastic rooftop bars and restaurants – great recommendations from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible. Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one. Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly. Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out. Breakfast is good but basic. Tajines are great including couscous.
