Welcome to a generous 180 m² haven designed for up to six guests, featuring a bright and airy living space of over 40 m² that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.
Thanks to the large bay windows surrounding the house, natural light floods every corner.
Three comfortable bedrooms await you: a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) and a shared bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
The house is fully air-conditioned.

A Full Immersion in Nature

Set within more than 6 hectares of lush vegetation, the estate offers a magical setting to unwind, wander, or simply enjoy the peaceful charm of the Aix countryside.
Take advantage of a beautiful shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 to 1.60 m), heated and open from mid-April to mid-October. Access is subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Feeling active? A regulation tennis court is available year-round, free of charge. Equipment is provided—just bring your game!

At the front and back of the house, enjoy outdoor lounges, shaded corners, tables, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue for convivial meals under the southern sun.
