Villa 'Aix En Provence' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Beautiful house ideal for a stay with family, friends or business, close to the center of Aix, beaches, Arena, TGV station and airport.

This tastefully renovated 150-year-old bastide combines authenticity and modernity, with its stone walls and exposed beams. Its elegant Provencal façade and majestic plane tree will charm you.

Accommodation

On the first floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and spa bath, plus 3 large bedrooms, one of which is around 20 m².

Outside, a large, well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing...) and a large garden planted with olive and fruit trees.

The entrance gate is shared with the neighbor.
