5 bedroom VILLA with pool on a hillside near AIX

  • Our house is located on the hillside, at the foot of the forest, departure of many hiking trails. (PILON DU ROY)
    This is our family house:
    On the lower floor: 4 bedrooms (double bed) with closet and mosquito nets, bathroom and separate toilet.
    Above: 1 bedroom (160/200 bed) with en-suite bathroom, and living area (open kitchen, living room, dining room).
    Our house is cool in the summer, which allows us to live without air conditioning.
    Outside, several areas to live: the pool, the restanque (shaded by oaks), the vault in front of the house which allows to rest in the cool, the summer living room very sunny and the outdoor dining area to the shelter from the sun.
    We live there all year, which makes it a really practical home to live. (largely equipped kitchen)
    The neighborhood is very calm. You will find all necessary shops within 5 minutes by car (village of Saint Savournin).
    From us, you will go in 25 minutes maximum to the beach of Saint Cyr OR the beach of Carry le Rouet. We are 20 minutes from Aix en Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille.
    If you love hiking, our massive Pilon du Roy awaits you for some walks with breathtaking views!
    Our house is in a quiet place, we do not wish parties in our house.
    The 7m by 4 pool has a flat bottom at 1m50. There is a ledge all around and steps. The pool can be protected by a security cover.

    We have also in the families two cats bonnie and clyde, brother and sister. They live outside and are very calm.

    Sheets and towels on request: supplement of 10 euros / person / stay.

Lovely and peaceful

We are a family of 7 - two teens, two adult children plus one partner and two parents -the house was perfect for our group, lots of space inside and out, beautifully presented and the pool and outside eating areas are really nice and convivial. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and although this is their home, there is plenty of space to unpack and settle in. A trip into Aix is recommended.

Excellent holiday house

The house is perfect, it had everything you could need and more, ice maker, coffee maker, comfortable beds, books, games... The pool was great, very clean and just the right temperature. When the kids needed downtime, we could log into our netflix account and there was the playstation. We loved the outside kitchen and seating area. Marie and family were so friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had. The location was great, very chilled, but with supermarket 3 mins away and we were at the beach in 25 mins. All in all, a great holiday base. Thanks Marie.

A great holiday in a beautiful home

A beautiful house with plenty of outside space to enjoy, including the outdoor kitchen and dining area, the patio and the pool area. Our host was gracious and extremely helpful. we had a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday with two families at Marie Ann and Fred’s place. A spacious house with all the comforts you could wish for, a lovely swimming pool, and nice seating areas in both sun and shade. The sun loungers by the pool were super comfortable. We had a bit of bad luck with some appliances, but everything was handled very quickly or immediately replaced by Marie Ann and Fred! The surroundings are perfect for walking and cycling, with beautiful cities (Aix and Marseille) and the beach just a short drive away (about 30 minutes). During our stay, Marie Ann was always available for tips and advice, which was ideal. The only thing we would have liked to know when booking is that there are two cats on the property, due to allergies. Since they could stay outside, it was manageable. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances entre amis dans la maison de Marie-Anne. La maison est très bien équipée, la piscine très appréciables et suffisante pour un grand groupe de personnes. De nombreux endroits nous permettent de nous poser à l’ombre ou au soleil à convenance. La proximité des commerces et de Aix en Provence rendent la maison idéalement située. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement. Enfin, un grand merci à Marie-Anne pour sa disponibilité avant et pendant le séjour. La réactivité des réponses était très appréciable.

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans une maison bien agencée dans un cadre verdoyant et convivial idéale pour pratiquer diverses activités (randonnées ,plages de la Méditerranée à 30 min proximité de Aix en Provence ect..)Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la bonne communication avec les propriétaires Marie Anne et son époux.Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette destination

Nous connaissons déjà Aix et ses environs L’hébergement est un peu en altitude, spacieux pour une grande famille et passer du temps à l’intérieur comme à l’exterieur

Superbe vacances à mimet

C’est une charmante maison avec un extérieur très joli et convivial. Tout invite à la détente. La piscine est très agréable, nous en avons profité à haute dose. Le salon, le coin chill et le coin repas sont eux aussi très appréciables. Les propriétaires sont super accueillants, et arrangeants. On est proche de tout. Bref, des vacances splendides !

séjour parfait au soleil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison. Elle est très bien agencée et équipée, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et en ont bien profité. La maison est aussi parfaitement située entre Aix-en-Provence et Marseille avec beaucoup d'activités à faire avec les enfants à proximité. Marie nous a très bien accueillis et était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Vacances à Mimet

Une jolie maison familiale où il fait bon séjourner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la végétation dense et fleurie (vrai havre de paix) et l'eau de la piscine toujours fraîche malgré le temps ensoleillé ! Les hôtes sont charmants ++++ et ont su décorer leur maison avec goût. Rien à dire sauf de vous laisser tenter pour vos prochaines vacances 😉

Belle maison, très bien equipée

La maison est vraiment bien equipée et on a passé des vacances très agréables. Le Jardin est jolie et les enfants ont aimé bien le pool. On a visité Marseille plusieurs fois (30 minutes jusqu'au centre). Bien sûr on a fait des balades directement autour du parking à Mimet et aussi passé des jours à la plage (40 minutes St. Cyr-sur-mer).

Super séjour

La maison est super agréable et joliment décorée. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter de ses vacances. A l'extérieur, le salon de jardin, la salle à manger extérieure, la piscine et le barbecue offrent tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de supers moments en famille ou entre amis. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et c'est appréciable. Il y a tout le nécessaire en cuisine. Les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis ce qui est vraiment un plus quand on n'est pas obligé d'en ramener soit même. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Marie, une personne qui se soucie du confort de ses vacanciers et à l'écoute. Allez y les yeux fermés, vivement les prochaines vacances!

Séjour inoubliable dans cette belle maison !

Nous avons passé 2 super semaines dans cette belle maison familiale ! Elle est très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle ! La piscine est top aussi avec une température idéale ! Son emplacement permet d’aller faire les marchés de Provence en 30 min environ et des sorties à la mer en 45 min ! Que dire de plus mis à part merci aux sympathiques propriétaires de nous avoir permis de profiter de leur belle maison !
